✅ If using company phones, assign one phone per truck to keep things simple and reduce device swapping during the day

✅ Make sure your supervisors are set up under Resources > Workers with the “Crew App” toggle turned ON to give them access to the app
✅ Print and hand out the Work Order Summary so the whole crew is aligned before the job begins
✅ Track field activity in real time inside each Work Order by going to Operations > Work Orders > Logs tab
✅ Use the Notes feature (🟧 icon) to log job updates, customer requests, or issues for the office in real time
✅ Encourage crews to clock in/out of each activity for accurate payroll and billing
✅ Have supervisors review and correct activities using the View Activities screen before finalizing the job
✅ Remind crews to take clear photos of pre-existing damage or prep work for added protection
✅ Collect tips and internal reviews right after the job—strike while the experience is fresh!
✅ After job completion, go to Operations > Work Orders to close out the work order, and email the completed BOL to the customer
