We’re excited to share the latest enhancements released this month. July’s update introduces new import functionality, improved supplier communication, and greater flexibility in managing documents and savings records.

🎉 New Features

1. Contract CSV Import Module
You can now bulk import contract records using the CSV data import tool, with full mapping, validation, and error handling—just like supplier imports.
Highlights:

• Supports dynamic field mapping for all key contract fields
• Validates number, text, and date fields (DD/MM/YYYY format)
• Flags errors and duplicate records in the preview step
• Includes dropdown validation for contract types, suppliers, categories, departments, and more

✅ Available fields include:
Contract Title, Reference, Description, Contract Type, Supplier, Locations, Departments, Categories, Currency, Contract Dates, Estimated Values, Cost Centre, Termination Terms, and Extension Options.

2. Supplier Confirmation Email After Submission
Once a supplier submits a sourcing response, all invited supplier contacts will receive an email confirming successful submission.

3. Supplier Notifications – Sourcing Activity Start and End
To keep suppliers informed and engaged, we’ve added new automated email alerts:

• 24 Hours Before Opening: Suppliers receive a reminder one day before the event starts (only sent if the event was shared more than 24 hours in advance).
• 24 Hours Before Closing: Suppliers receive a reminder if the event spans more than 24 hours and is about to end.

4. Client File Upload on Document Requests
You can now attach a document when requesting a file from a supplier.

• Optional field: Upload Document for Supplier
• The uploaded file is included in the request email and visible in the platform
• New column Client Attachment added to the Documents table (on both the platform and supplier portal) with a download button if a file was attached

This function is especially useful when requesting signatures on your internal company documents/templates.

🛠️ Improvements

1. Editable Milestone Names in Savings
Users can now rename milestones in savings records.

• Access via “Edit Milestone” action
• Modal title updated to Edit Saving Milestone

2. Savings Milestone Graph Cleanup
We’ve cleaned up the milestone graph in savings records:

• X-axis only shows labels for completed milestones
• Font styling now matches other graphs for consistency (grey colour applied)
