This month is all about getting started with oboloo. New sign-ups now get a guided, AI-powered setup and a fully populated platform to explore from day one. On top of that, we've added supplier sanctions screening, strengthened platform security, and shipped a batch of enhancements across the product.

Added peace of mind every time you take on a new supplier.
- As you enter or edit a supplier's name, oboloo checks it against published UK and UN sanctions lists
- A clear warning appears on the supplier's profile, and a live indicator shows as you type
- A new optional Sanctioned Supplier column can be switched on across your supplier and compliance tables
- Flag any matches early, so you can review internally before transacting

New to oboloo? A brand-new setup wizard now walks you through getting started the moment you sign up, and does the heavy lifting for you.
- Tell oboloo which modules you want to use, and it configures the platform around them
- Automatically creates starter configuration like document types and scorecards, tailored to how you work
- Can look up your organisation to pre-fill your details, and even onboard your first supplier, create your first tender or set up your first saving
- You're up and running with a populated, ready-to-use platform in minutes
🧭 Explore with Demo Data
Signing up no longer means staring at empty tables.
- New accounts open pre-populated with realistic sample records across suppliers, contracts, savings and sourcing
- Everything is clearly marked as a Demo Record and is read-only, so you can click around and see exactly how oboloo works
- When you're ready to work for real, remove all demo data in a single click from Company Settings — your own records are always kept

Behind the scenes, we've continued to invest heavily in keeping your data safe.
- Completed a comprehensive security assessment across our entire database and server infrastructure, hardening every layer against emerging threats
- Rolled out resilience and performance upgrades to keep oboloo fast and reliable as you grow

🔧 Enhancements
- Drafts and unapproved records in default views — the main Supplier, Contract and Savings tables now show draft and unapproved records by default, so you see the full picture the moment a page loads.
- Default onboarding package pinned to the top — your default onboarding package now sits at the top of the Onboarding Packages table for quicker access.
- Updated translations — translations have been refreshed throughout the platform for clearer, more consistent wording.
