🎉 New Features

🔗 Create Contracts Directly from Sourcing Activities
After awarding a supplier, users can now create a new contract directly from the sourcing summary card.
✅ A new blue Create Contract button appears below the Status section
✅ Contract fields are automatically pre-filled from the sourcing events data to save you time
✅ A new Linked Contract field appears on the sourcing summary card once the contract is created, with a clickable link to the contract
✅ On the contract record, a Linked Sourcing Activity field appears showing the original sourcing activity (also clickable)

🧩 Reorder Custom Fields Within Custom Tabs
You can now reorder custom fields inside each custom tab section for better control over layout and user experience. This applies at the record-level, not per individual record.

👤 New ‘Managed By’ Field for Suppliers
Assign internal owners to supplier records using the new Managed By field on the supplier summary card (just like contracts).
✅ Two new filters added to the Supplier Management page:
• Dashboard filters at the top of the page
• Main table filter above supplier list

🧾 Subheadings for Custom Tabs
When creating or editing custom tabs, you can now include a short description (up to 250 characters).
✅ Subheadings appear in the record view under the tab name
✅ Editable via the tab edit modal within the custom fields and tabs settings.

📬 Email Notifications for Cancelled Requests
Suppliers will now be notified if a document or scorecard request is cancelled.
✅ Scorecard cancellations (supplier or onboarding)
✅ Supplier document request cancellations
✅ Contract document request cancellations

📋 Onboarding Owner Filter
You can now filter the Supplier Onboarding dashboard by Onboarding Owner to manage responsibilities more effectively.

📅 Historic Scorecards Now Ordered Newest to Oldest
Scorecards within Historic, Risk, Sustainability and Performance tabs now default to showing newest entries first—making it easier to access recent activity.

🧭 Custom Tabs Moved Higher in Record Views
All custom tabs now appear before the “Custom Notifications” tab for a more logical and user-friendly layout.

📤 Export Supplier Onboarding Table to CSV
You can now export onboarding data directly from the Supplier Onboarding dashboard.
✅ New Export button added
✅ Permissions controlled via role matrix (enabled for Admins by default)

🔕 Stop Notice Period Alerts Once Notice Given
If a contract has had notice officially marked, the system will no longer send alerts to owners or the “Managed By” user about upcoming notice periods:
• Contract notice period is in 30 days
• Contract notice period is in 7 days

Fixed an issue where the number of records listed in pagination was incorrect on the Scoring Management Overview table.
