We’re excited to announce the latest updates for February 2025! This release focuses on performance enhancements, expanded functionality, and key UI improvements across the oboloo platform.

🎉 New Features

1. Request Multiple Contract Documents from Suppliers
Users can now request multiple documents from suppliers under a contract record at once, streamlining document collection. This feature mirrors the supplier document request functionality introduced in Supplier Management.

2. API Authentication Management
A new API authentication section has been added under Settings, allowing users to create, manage, and delete API keys. API keys are now automatically refreshed every 24 hours for security.

3. New Savings Owners Tab
A new Savings Owners tab has been introduced under savings records. The creator of a savings record can now assign additional users who will receive all automated and custom notifications related to that savings record.

4. Enhanced Scoring Management in eSourcing
A new Scoring Management Overview table has been introduced within eSourcing. This update ensures that scores from internal scorers are preserved when a sourcing activity is reopened, reducing redundancy and improving clarity.

• New table added to track scorer status, supplier submissions, and last response date.
• Users can now reopen scoring assignments when supplier submissions are updated.
• Automated email and in-system notifications alert scorers when they need to review and resubmit scores.

5. Supplier Portal Enhancements

• Suppliers can now upload requested contract documents directly via the Supplier Portal, making document submissions more efficient.
• The entire Supplier Portal UI has been updated for a more intuitive experience.

🏆 Improvements

1. ZIP File Support Across the Platform
Users can now upload ZIP files in all modules based on user feedback, making it easier to handle large file submissions.

2. User Access and Roles Matrix Enhancements
The User Access & Roles Matrix has been redesigned for a more responsive and user-friendly experience, allowing administrators to assign access levels and roles with greater ease.

3. Location & Department Linking
When creating a new location, users will now see a popup prompting them to link the location to a department, improving organizational structure within oboloo.

4. Savings Management Enhancements

• The “Created On” column has been removed from the default view in the Milestone Table.
• Milestone names will now be auto-generated, reducing manual input.
• The pencil edit icon has been replaced with a clearer “Edit” button.
• Users can now filter savings by individual projects on the dashboard for better insights.

🐞 Bug Fixes

1. Improved Loading Speeds for Scoring Assignments Page
The Scoring Assignments page under the Sourcing Module has been optimized for significantly faster load times.

1. We are excited to announce a major upcoming feature – Custom Fields Across All Modules in oboloo! This update will give organizations the ability to fully configure new fields within the Supplier Management, Contract Management, eSourcing, and Savings modules.

• Complete Flexibility: Whether you need to track additional contract terms, supplier performance metrics, or sourcing criteria, custom fields will allow you to fully tailor oboloo to your business.

2. Enhanced User Onboarding
New users will soon benefit from an interactive onboarding experience, with step-by-step checklists across dashboards and modules to ensure smooth setup.

3. oboloo Courses
We are launching interactive training courses within oboloo, allowing users to enhance their module-specific knowledge at their own pace.

4. Editable Sourcing Activities
We are exploring ways to allow users to edit a sourcing activity before reopening it. This would ensure data from the original record is retained, while flagging updated sections to suppliers and scorers in the UI.
