1. New Supplier Onboarding Sub-Module
A powerful new onboarding tool is now available within Supplier Management. This module enables you to manage the full onboarding and compliance process for new suppliers, from initial document and scorecard requests through to approvals and completion. You can:

• Track onboarding progress via progress bars and percentages
• Request specific documents and scorecards from suppliers
• Approve documents and score supplier responses
• Cancel onboarding items and monitor onboarding status in real-time
• View full onboarding history in a structured supplier view

2. Cancel Unanswered Scorecard Requests
You can now cancel a scorecard request if the supplier hasn't responded, matching the existing document request cancellation flow. Available in all supplier scorecard tabs (Performance, Risk, Sustainability, General) and within the new Supplier Onboarding module.

3. Change Logs for Custom Field Updates
All updates made to custom field data across Contracts, Suppliers, Savings, and Sourcing are now recorded in the audit trail under each respective module, ensuring better tracking and transparency.

🛠️ Improvements

1. Contract End Date Advisory Banner
If a contract has no end date, users will now see an amber banner advising them to set a custom review reminder to avoid unintentional auto-renewals.

2. Document Request Enhancements

• Added “Date Requested” and “Requested By” to the table view for supplier-uploaded documents
• Added “Resend Request” action to quickly follow up with suppliers
• Applied these updates across both Contract and Supplier Management

3. Draft Savings Cleanup
Draft savings records are now hidden by default in the main savings table. Use the renamed filter “Savings State” to include them if needed.

4. Notes Column Wrapping
Notes fields now wrap cleanly after 70 characters, fixing layout and readability issues in the savings and supplier records tables.

5. Scorecard PDF Downloads
PDFs now include both the supplier’s answers and the scorer’s comments, providing full transparency on each evaluation.

6. Custom Field API Endpoints in Swagger UI
We’ve added the following endpoints under Configurations in Swagger:

• GET /get-custom-fields
• POST /update-custom-field-values (per record ID/module ID)

This helps developers integrate and update custom field values via API.

7. Editable Scored Scorecards
Scorecard creators can now edit both comments and scores after submission, making it easier to correct errors or add context post-evaluation.

Our upcoming CSV import module will enable organisations to upload, preview, map, and validate .csv files for bulk record creation across suppliers, contracts, sourcing, and savings.

Secure eSourcing Chat System - June 2025

We're introducing a powerful new communication feature to the eSourcing module: a Secure Chat System embedded directly within sourcing events. This enhancement will allow procurement teams to communicate more efficiently with suppliers during sourcing activities, ensuring clarity, compliance, and fairness throughout the process.

🔐 Key Capabilities:

• Private Chat Channels: One-to-one conversations between clients and suppliers per sourcing event. Suppliers can only see their own messages.
• Broadcast Announcements: Clients can send one-way messages to all suppliers at once—ideal for key updates and clarifications. No replies allowed to maintain transparency.
• Real-Time Messaging: Built on modern frameworks (e.g., Laravel Reverb or Pusher), the system supports real-time communication and document sharing.
• Document Attachments: Share files up to 25MB per message, stored securely in AWS S3.
• Smart Notifications: Email and in-platform alerts for new messages with intelligent throttling and mute options to reduce notification fatigue.
• Mobile & Desktop Friendly: Fully responsive interface for seamless use across all devices.
• Audit-Friendly: Full timestamped message history with sender details and permissions-based access.
