This month’s release introduces key user interface improvements, supplier communication upgrades, and powerful new functionality. Read on to discover how oboloo is becoming more intuitive, responsive, and configurable for every organisation.
Users can now mark contracts as “Notice Given” directly from the contract summary card. Once flagged, a banner appears on the record and a tick appears in the contract management table for easy tracking.
The supplier scorecard feature has been redesigned for clarity and ease of use.
We’ve added support for three new languages:
Suppliers now see all scorecards in a single unified table within their portal, rather than separate tabs for risk, performance, sustainability, and general scorecards. This simplifies engagement and reduces confusion.
Top-level metrics on both the Contract and Supplier Management pages now dynamically respond to applied filters—helping users generate more relevant, real-time insights (date filters are excluded for contracts).
Users can now quickly add a new department or location when creating a new user, speeding up onboarding and reducing admin friction.
New “Supplier” filters have been added to both Contract and Savings dashboards. Filter records by supplier name and view relevant metrics and data instantly.
When creating a new sourcing activity, users are now automatically redirected to the newly created sourcing record—eliminating extra clicks and streamlining workflow.
Supplier references across Contracts and Savings now include clickable hyperlinks to the supplier’s profile. These links use oboloo’s theme colour (#2c9ba1) for a consistent look.
We’ve added an explicit “Edit” option to the actions menu for both Supplier Scorecards and Supplier Questionnaires—helping users access these tools directly and intuitively.
The custom fields management table now includes new metadata columns:
A dedicated Supplier Onboarding module will allow users to track onboarding progress, request documents and scorecards, and manage supplier approvals—all from one place.
Our upcoming CSV import module will enable organisations to upload, preview, map, and validate .csv files for bulk record creation across suppliers, contracts, sourcing, and savings.
